OPEKA: €258.8 million to 1,008,093 beneficiaries on 30/9

The Welfare Benefits Organization and Social Solidarity (OPEKA) announced on Monday 28 September 2026 that it would proceed with the disbursement of a total amount of 258,869,403 euros to 1,008,093 beneficiaries across the country. According to the organization’s announcement, the crediting of the amounts to the beneficiaries’ accounts has been scheduled for Wednesday 30 September 2026. OPEKA disclosed the total amount of the disbursement without providing a breakdown of this amount by individual benefit category. The number of beneficiaries, as disclosed by the organization, exceeds one million people.
